Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the Fosh Receivable Center web app and the Fosh Digital Solutions website (together, the “Service”), provided by Fosh Digital Solutions (“Fosh”, “we”, “us”), Lagos, Nigeria. By creating an account or paying for a plan you agree to them.

1. The Service

Fosh Receivable Center helps you record invoices, VAT, payments and follow-ups, send reminders, export Excel reports and view receivables analysis. The Service is provided over the internet and requires a paid plan. There is no free plan.

2. Accounts

• You must give accurate details and keep your sign-in credentials secure.
• You are responsible for everything done under your account.
• One account is for one business or person. Do not share it to avoid paying for additional users.

3. Plans and pricing

• Monthly: ₦20,000.00 in Nigeria, $20.00 elsewhere, billed every month. Includes 7 days of support.
• Yearly: ₦200,000.00 in Nigeria, $200.00 elsewhere, billed every year. Includes 6 months of support.
• Lifetime: a one-off payment of ₦500,000.00 in Nigeria, $500.00 elsewhere. Includes 1 year of support and a virtual one-on-one guide to set up and use the app.

The price shown depends on the country detected from your connection. All plans include periodic updates and enhancements to the app for as long as your plan is active. “Lifetime” means access for as long as we operate the Service, not for the lifetime of the buyer. If we ever discontinue the Service we will give at least 90 days’ notice and a way to export your data.

4. Payments and renewals

Payments are processed by Flutterwave or Paystack. We do not store your card details. Monthly and yearly plans renew automatically until you cancel in the app. Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep access until the end of the period you have paid for. Prices may change for future periods with at least 30 days’ notice. Taxes, where applicable, are in addition to the stated price.

5. Refunds

Because the Service is a digital product available immediately, payments are generally non-refundable. If something is wrong, contact us within 7 days of your payment at support@foshsolutions.com and we will work to fix it or, where we cannot, refund you. Nothing here limits any right you have under Nigerian consumer law.

6. Support

Support is by email at support@foshsolutions.com and through the WhatsApp chat button in the app, for the period included with your plan. After that period you may still use the Service, but support is not guaranteed.

7. Your data

You own the invoices, customer details and other content you enter (“Your Data”). You give us permission to store and process it only to run the Service for you. You are responsible for having the right to enter your customers’ details and for the accuracy of your figures, VAT and reports. See our Privacy Policy. Please export your data regularly; the Service is not a substitute for your own accounting records.

8. Acceptable use

• No unlawful use, and no sending of harassing, deceptive or unsolicited bulk messages through reminders.
• No attempts to break, overload, copy or reverse-engineer the Service.
• No reselling or white-labelling without our written agreement.

We may suspend an account that breaks these terms.

9. Intellectual property

The app, its design, Excel templates and report formats belong to Fosh. Your plan gives you a personal, non-transferable right to use them for your own business. Your Data stays yours.

10. Availability and liability

We work to keep the Service available but do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. The Service is provided “as is”. Reports and calculations are tools to help you and are not accounting, tax or legal advice; please verify them. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost profits.

11. Ending your account

You can stop using the Service at any time. After an account ends we keep Your Data for 30 days so you can export it, then delete it, except where the law requires us to keep certain records.

12. Changes

We may update these terms. We will post the new version here and, for material changes, tell you in the app or by email. Continued use after the change means you accept it.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Disputes will be handled by the courts of Lagos State, after we have first tried to settle them in good faith.
